Description
• This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting or finance professional looking to join a dynamic public SaaS company headquartered in Boston’s Innovation District. • The Order to Receivables Team is responsible for managing all finance aspects of customer support and collections related to sales-enabled deals. • You will be a leader within the Revenue Operations Organization as you apply your skills to this role.
Requirements
• Proven experience in payment operations, preferably within a subscription-based business or the payments industry. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. • In-depth knowledge of payment processing, fraud prevention, and chargeback management. • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with payment service providers and financial institutions. • Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Strong understanding of payment compliance and security requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
