• Shape go-to-market strategy and product positioning • Craft messaging that differentiates in HR tech market • Conduct in-depth market research • Partner with product team to influence feature prioritization • Work with sales to create engaging sales demos and improve win rates • Analyze product performance metrics and refine product roadmap

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in HR tech • Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market and driving adoption • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex features into compelling benefits • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels • Self-starter with excellent project management skills • Passion and ability to work in a fast-paced, 0-1 environment
