Description
• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations • Support accounting processes for portfolio companies • Conduct financial analysis • Work closely with internal and external auditors • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations • Assist in cash management • Generate and distribute financial reports • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles • CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
