Description
• Develop and execute operational strategies • Collaborate with franchisees to ensure adherence to brand standards • Work closely with the finance team to manage operational budgets • Oversee food and beverage operations • Champion a culture of exceptional customer service • Partner with the executive team to drive franchise expansion strategies • Manage relationships with suppliers • Build and mentor a high-performing operations team • Collaborate with private equity partners
Requirements
• Proven experience in senior operations leadership • Demonstrated success in overseeing multi-unit operations • Financial acumen and experience working with private equity partners • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
