Description
• The Senior Manager of Field Marketing will lead and execute field marketing strategies across various regions to drive brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline, and customer engagement. • This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in planning and managing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and project management and a proven track record of delivering successful, high-impact events.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles • Proven ability to manage and execute events of all scales • Significant attention to details • Excellent project management and organizational abilities • Dynamic communicator with great oral and written skills • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances • In-depth understanding of marketing principles and event management best practices • Experience with SFDC, Marketo, and event management software • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, including occasional weekends
