• Develop and implement B2B email marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling email content that aligns with our brand voice and effectively communicates the value of our products and services to business customers. • Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure optimal performance. • Analyze and report on email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated. • Own and regularly update email reporting metrics and KPIs at a detailed level. • Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and other tactics to improve performance and drive revenue growth. • Synthesize email performance data into clear insights and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing the email channel. • Work with the content team to create segment-specific, brand-appropriate content for emails, and enforce brand standards on all email assets. • Stay up-to-date on B2B email marketing best practices and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth. • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in a technology or software company. • Strong understanding of B2B email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation. • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive results. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling email content that resonates with the target audience. • A passion for innovation and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest B2B email marketing trends and technologies.
