Description
• Identifying and engaging strategic opportunities to engage clients and drive new opportunities • Research and identify potential accounts, analyze competitors, and attend trade shows to find new sales opportunities • Hunting in the life sciences space for new decision makers and Sponsors • Aligning internal stakeholders to support accounts and client requests • Developing trusted relationships with clients and Lightship leaders • Effectively managing across accounts to optimize client engagement • Developing, reviewing, and contributing to client-facing content; participating in the client education / change management sessions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Background in Life Sciences, 5+ years required • Minimum of 5 years related Commercial experience • Excellent understanding of commercialization and the principles of drug discovery and development • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate • Ability to work independently and as a team player in complex and dynamic teams • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, clients, and customers • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work simultaneously on multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills • Excellent attention to detail • Must have 3 years of Salesforce experience
