Description

• Design, build, measure, and iterate on a consumer-facing incentive program • Work with partners on consumer-facing experiences • Lead strategic expansion and adoption of UMAs • Conduct market research and analysis • Cultivate and manage relationships with partners • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics • Develop and execute strategic plans for network growth • Lead and manage a team • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Adapt to changing market conditions and priorities

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in a B2B Growth or Product Growth role, preferably in payments, fintech, or digital platforms • Experience with network expansion and strategic planning • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners • Proficiency in analyzing market data and trends • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Passionate about the company's mission • Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles, California
