• Define the Product Vision & Roadmap • Establish a clear and compelling product vision for the GTM Suite within Link. • Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap outlining key features, timelines, and milestones. • Ensure it stays aligned with Liminal's overarching business objectives and addresses the evolving needs of our customers’ needs and our own capabilities. • Conduct User Research & Needs Analysis • Conduct thorough user research, and data analysis, and stay on top of market trends to deeply understand the needs of our current and prospective members. • Translate these insights into actionable product requirements and use cases. • Prioritize & Manage the Backlog • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on their potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with the product roadmap. • Communicate and optimize the capacity and blockers of the team proactively. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally • Partner closely with key stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless product development, launch, adoption, and ongoing iteration. • Analyze & Optimize Performance • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics. • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization, inform product iterations, and maximize the user experience. • Champion the Product • Be a passionate evangelist for the GTM Suite within Liminal. Communicate its value proposition to stakeholders, advocate for its adoption across sales and other relevant teams, and drive awareness of its benefits.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B or B2C SaaS products, ideally within the competitive intelligence, sales enablement, or related industries. • Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on software products, demonstrating a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle. • Solid understanding of the sales process and sales enablement best practices, with the ability to translate user needs into effective product solutions. • Experience with React frameworks and a fundamental understanding of web application development principles. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and make data-driven decisions. • Experience working with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs. • Passion for building user-centric products that solve real-world problems. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Bonus points: • Experience with sales enablement platforms or competitive intelligence tools. • Experience with data visualization and analytics. • Experience working with AI/ML-powered products.
