Description
• We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive Linera’s growth by identifying and nurturing business opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding our blockchain ecosystem. • Identify and develop new business opportunities to accelerate Linera’s growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry leaders. • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform business strategies. • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with product capabilities, roadmap, and public communications. • Identify and engage potential partners, including blockchain projects, enterprises, and technology providers, to drive strategic alliances. • Contribute to partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and long-term success. • Track and report on partnership metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Represent Linera at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our technology and vision. • Act as a thought leader within the blockchain community, contributing to discussions and content that position Linera as an industry leader. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that highlights Linera’s unique value proposition and success stories.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 2+ years of experience in business development and partnerships within the blockchain industry. • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized systems, and the Web3 ecosystem. Product experience in Web3 and/or engineering background is a plus. • Proven ability to drive business growth and develop successful partnerships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
