Description
• Lead and manage data conversion projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and post-conversion support. • Develop and execute data conversion strategies, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. • Design and implement data mapping and transformation processes. • Supervise and mentor a team of data conversion specialists. • Perform thorough data validation and testing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of converted data. • Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements and ensure alignment. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data conversion processes. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. • Diagnose and resolve data-related issues.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data conversion, data migration, or data management roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior specialist position. • Proficiency in data conversion tools, ETL processes, SQL, and database management systems. • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results.
