• Owning the full-cycle sales strategy and execution, including new business, renewal, cross-selling and upselling as well as driving value through collaboration with the project team on quarterly business reviews. • Strategizing, planning and executing all elements of sales initiatives • Partnering with the digital marketing team on lead generation efforts across various channels along with leveraging existing relationships for lead generation • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and collaborating with teams to accurately translate client needs into actionable deliverables by leading with curiosity and interest in the best solution, not the easiest or fastest • Sharing innovative ideas with our team and driving iterative improvements for our solutions derived from strong client relationships and feedback • Optimizing existing resources and researching, recommending and implementing tools for contact management, lead generation, etc. as applicable • Building brand awareness for livingHR by participating in community and industry initiatives, such as talks, conferences, and events to build relationships and develop rapport in a genuine way to help solve problems. • Jumping in and embracing being part of a team that is always willing to help each other – wear many hats, work collaboratively, or knock things out independently, whatever the day calls for • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes and effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. • Building, coaching, and mentoring a team of employees and consultants
• Bachelor's degree in related field : Business, Marketing • Proven experience (7-10 years) in professional B2B enterprise role selling directly into CEO's, CHRO's, VP's, C-Suites, Heads of HR/People/Culture • Robust existing and continually growing network of decision makers and thought leaders • Excellent written and verbal communications skills • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products • Understanding of how to position products against competitors • Business savvy, entrepreneurial souls who thrive in environments that reward self-initiative and resourcefulness. • An individual with an established network who enjoys being an active participant. • The ability to travel up to 20%
