Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Safety Manager to join our dynamic team • This role is integral to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our members and staff • You will support the implementation of our safety policies and procedures, making sure they not only comply with regulatory requirements but also align with our club's ethos of care and community.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of security supervisory experience • Currently or in the process of obtaining a BSIS guard card • AED/CPR/First Aid certification • 24/7 availability and reliable transportation • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Effective communication with diverse individuals • Proficiency in following written and verbal instructions • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities • Hospitality, security, military, or law enforcement background preferred • Report writing skills • Competency in operating and maintaining site-specific security systems • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional verbal communication skills • Multitasking ability and performing well under pressure • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs
