•Reporting to the E-CRM & E commerce •Join the E-COMMERCE and E-CRM department •Ensure sales targets are met on ERB UK site •Manage the animation calendar and back office (SFCC) •Responsible for ECRM to engage and retain customers •Ensure coordination between UK local team and central teams in Paris

Requirements

•Follow up and ensure performances of the website •Be the UK Online Lead and market expert •Alongside the E Commer Manager Develop and implement the UK strategy and define sales targets •Analyse data from Google Analytics and other available systems to continuously drive improvements in the online user experience with a view to increase conversion rates across the Ecommerce website •Provide the data for daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure sales targets •Adapt strategy based on performances (reactivity & proactivity) •Definition & management of the digital and promotional calendar •Cross-sell optimization & boost of Customer Lifetime Value •Daily monitoring of website inventory to avoid any OOS issues •Forecast of web stock based on markets trends and growth objectives •Act as key liaison between warehouse, logistics, and customer care teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and returns •Identify any bugs with the order fulfillment process and raise issues to relative departments •Provide product knowledge to Customer Care team as needed •Owning all site merchandising and working with the Ecommerce Manager on a strategy to merchandise landing pages with high volumes of traffic •Taking ownership for the creation and uploading of new products including copy, images, ingredients, recommendations and all product details •Brief and work with design team to ensure all website assets are on brand and delivered on time •Implement all online offers pages and ensure they are driving the highest conversion •Monitoring & optimization of the onsite search •Oversee and coordinate on-site SEO updates across the site with the acquisition team •Management of customers’ reviews via Yotpo •Ensure perfect translation of brand DNA and tone of voice in the UK market •Identification of pain points / opportunity (via reporting tools such as GA4, Typeform) •Follow-up of the central IT roadmap •Setup of central optimizations via AB Tasty •Own the E-CRM planning calendar and adapt strategy based on current market landscape •Work with the design team for newsletters and creation of assets in collaboration with the web designer •Definition of targeting and set up of the campaign in Adobe •Analyzed performance and profitability on a weekly, monthly and campaign basis as well as working on recommendations for future campaigns for each market •Optimizing emailing conversion •Development of automation campaigns (triggers) and optimization of customer lifecycles (anti-churn, cross-sell, etc.) in collaboration with the central team •Implementation and optimization of the data collect strategy in collaboration with the acquisition team •Ensure the performance of the loyalty program and identify any bugs with customer service to provide the best customer experience
