Description
• Play a strategic role in building a modern risk management platform • Ensure cross–functional collaboration • Advocate for user feedback in product design • Solve new and difficult challenges collaboratively • Drive initiatives from discovery to launch
Requirements
• Strong communication skills • Led or been a key Designer on a team • Worked on products or product lines serving a mix of external and internal users • Experience designing interfaces for complex systems and digital products • Comfortable taking considerations from fellow Designers • High attention to detail • Familiarity with accessibility practices • Experience contributing to a maturing design system • Effective in a self–motivated environment • Competent in Figma or similar design tools • Competent with a prototyping tool • Experience running design-focused exercises and studies • Minimum of 3 years experience designing usable experiences • Online portfolio or case studies demonstrating user–centered design solutions
