• Fabricate and install complex electronics hardware • Operate hand, power, and machine tools • Read and interpret schematics • Follow instructions and guidelines • Select components and manufacturing techniques • Interact with team members on product design • Provide input to cost estimates and scheduling • Provide training to less experienced staff • Perform duties in compliance with safety regulations • Promote and participate in safety practices • Support Diversity-in-the-Workplace goals

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in electronics fabrication and installation • Proficiency in using hand, power, and machine tools • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Effective communication skills • Ability to collaborate in a team environment • Knowledge of codes and standards in electronics • Adherence to safety and environmental practices • Willingness to participate in safety training • Supportive of Diversity-in-the-Workplace initiatives
