Description

• Responsible for all management information systems and security related concerns within the organization • Provides strategic input to senior management under general guidance • Actively manages the IT team • Guides team with PC maintenance & upgrade activities • Oversees design, installation, and maintenance of local and wide area networks • Manages and oversees Information and Security Systems Administrator • Participates in senior management meetings • Develops and maintains technology department budget • Evaluates organization’s systems and determines upgrades as needed • Supervises IT team member(s) • Implements disaster recovery plan • Assists with build out of information systems for newly built facilities • Addresses cybersecurity risks and implements protection measures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred • At least 5 years of related experience in computers, phones, server management, and security systems required • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, VMWare, Windows server 2008/2012/2016 • Understanding of VMware ESXi virtualization • Familiarity with firewall configuration, WatchGuard preferred • Valid CA Driver License with satisfactory driving record • Ability to handle multiple projects independently • Excellent problem-solving skills • Superior customer service and communication skills • Knowledge of Ring Central phone systems or other cloud-based phone systems • Interest in and understanding of the nonprofit industry
