Description

• Own and organize the vehicle testing schedule • Coordinate resources, identify and eliminate blockers to ensure testing projects stay on track • Manage system and vehicle testing requirements, secure test facilities, and coordinate testing logistics • Enhance and maintain vehicle testing program processes for tracking and reporting • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for executing tests on behalf of Lucid • Support the organization by coordinating resources, eliminating blockers, and reporting testing status to management and executives

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in relevant science or engineering field or extensive years of relevant work in the automotive industry • Proven experience with automotive vehicle testing • Strong understanding of industry vehicle testing standards • Experience in system testing, especially for chassis and powertrain components • Experience in making and tracking schedules for large programs/projects • Strong knowledge of automotive testing process for production vehicles • Strong communication skills • Comfortable with initiating and taking ownership of projects • Organized mindset and time management skills • Masters degree in relevant engineering field (Advantageous) • MBA or professional certification for Project/Program Management (Advantageous) • Experience testing fully electric vehicles (Advantageous) • 5+ years of experience
