Description
• Lead the technology strategy and operations of the client • Drive innovation, technical excellence, and digital transformation within the RWE/RWD space • Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the technology team • Collaborate with the executive team to align technology initiatives with company goals • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and industry best practices • Manage and optimize technology resources • Ensure the security and integrity of the company's technology • Lead the development and implementation of data management and analytics strategies • Provide technical guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams • Represent the company in technology-related discussions, partnerships, and client engagements • Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on technology strategy and performance
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology roles • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technology strategies • In-depth knowledge of RWE/RWD technologies, data governance, and regulatory considerations • Proven track record of driving innovation and digital transformation • Strong leadership and people management skills • Experience in managing technology budgets, infrastructure, and vendor relationships • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards is a plus • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
