Description

• Partner with customers to develop AI transformation roadmaps and execute against them. • Own customer onboarding, technical integration and strategy to enable successful, high-velocity value delivery. • Develop strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and defining technical pathways to success. • Articulate Machinify’s value proposition in a clear and engaging manner, helping customers make informed decisions about their technology investments • Gather feedback from customers and provide input into the development of new products or services to ensure they align with market needs and technological trends • Collaborate with sales and account teams to recommend solutions and provide strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle • Act as an industry thought leader by writing articles, giving presentations and representing the company in public forums • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product development and effectively position our solutions to customers. • Serve as a bridge between the engineering and business teams, helping prioritize development efforts

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in technical evangelism or product advocacy roles • 8-10+ years of experience in customer facing roles understanding customers’ business and technical requirements, building, consulting or implementing technology • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to travel to customer sites, industry events and other related events as required
