• Define the architectural vision and technical roadmap for our pharmacy healthcare software platform, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. • Lead architectural design discussions and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Architect and design modular, reusable components and APIs that facilitate seamless integration with pharmacy management systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and other healthcare systems. • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to support our long-term technical strategy. • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across software development efforts. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience as a Software Architect or Technical Lead, with a track record of architecting and delivering complex software systems in a professional setting. • Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural styles. • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React). • Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA) is highly desirable. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing complex technical challenges.
