Description
• Join Marker Learning to create standard in learning disability evaluations. • Lead design process from ideation to delivery with quality and consistency. • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. • Own design problems with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. • Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance user experience. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools. • Develop design systems and ensure accessibility standards are met. • Craft innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Requirements
• 3+ years of proven experience in software product design. • Experience creating and maintaining design systems. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate customer needs, design decisions, and rationale to stakeholders. • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong bias for action. • Experience in SaaS product design, healthcare or educational technology a plus.
