Requirements
• You bring 5+ years in a product, UX/UI, visual design or similar role including 2-3 years in the consumer-facing mobile app space • Case studies that demonstrate excellent design taste and craftsmanship as well as a range of design skills including motion design • You’re driven to create excellent work that pushes the boundaries of our design, overcoming barriers through your cross functional partnerships • You’re able to tell a compelling story about your work that engages and persuades your audience • You’re assertive and proactive about being included where you can make the most impact, acting as a thought partner in the product strategy • You leverage multiple sources of input including data from analytics and research as well as your own design expertise to form strong recommendations • You bring a positive energy that inspires your fellow designers to pursue excellence and engage in collaborative exercises. • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptable to pivots in a fast paced environment • A high level of proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, working with component libraries and prototyping • Bonus Points for any of the following: Workshop facilitation, motion design, accessibility expertise, design systems expertise
