• Prepare immigration applications for filing with USCIS, including I-130, I-485, N-400, VAWA, I-290B, etc. • Prepare forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review. • Maintain extensive communication with clients to provide case status and outstanding customer service. • Oversee status of cases through utilization of case management systems, including CLIO and Airtable. • Make regular updates to our case management systems, including client information, case tracking information, and client communications. • Complete assignments and communicate case status to the Legal Supervisor. • Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative concerning case assignments.
• 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience • Knowledge of USCIS filings, such as I-130, I-485, VAWA, N-400, N-600, I-131, TPS Renewal, I-589, I-765, I-929, I-290B, and I-601. • Experience with Case Management Software
