Description
• Work closely with the executive team to create and implement operational processes and company policies as we scale • Oversee and support regular financial activities in Quickbooks Online including invoicing, collections, payments, expense management and reimbursements • Plan company offsites and develop a strategy to optimize employee satisfaction • Organize team socials and lunch & learns • Proactively share insights and ideas to the executive team in the spirit of continuous improvement and growth • Process payroll bi-monthly in Paychex
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in office management, bookkeeping or operations roles • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills – able to build rapport with internal and external partners • Experience setting, measuring, and enforcing financial and operational standards • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills – able to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment • Resourceful and proactive, with a bias for action • “Roll up your sleeves” attitude, happy to chip in where needed • Passionate about healthcare providers, their teams, and the health insurance ecosystem
