Description

Formalize Maze’s brand guidelines and visual systems, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and other visual elements Evolve Maze’s brand system to bring consistency and scale across all customer touch-points Evolve the Maze’s website to effectively communicate our value proposition and positioning Partner across Marketing to conceptualize and execute campaigns and assets that drive our go-to-market motion Design a wide range of marketing materials, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, website elements, email templates, presentations, and promotional items Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines Manage vendors and freelancers to scale brand design projects Creating engaging motion graphics or animations for brand promotion and storytelling Ability to simplify and translate complex product UI or flows into clear and effective assets Familiarity with working product design systems to build cohesion between the marketing and product experience

Requirements

5+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and web experiences Amazing taste with the ability to clearly articulate the ‘why’ behind creative decisions Experience creating and maintaining a brand visual system Thrives in a fast-paced environment Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and more Experience leading design projects, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and offering timely and relevant feedback to drive design projects forward Online portfolio that showcases project work, clearly outlining your role and contribution within each project Portfolio evidence creating motion graphics and animations Experience maintaining brand across channels and campaigns Strong communication skills and ability to present and articulate design concepts and ideas Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functionally projects Experience working and leading projects in a fully remote environment Please include a link to your portfolio in your application
