🏡 Remote – Anywhere in California
• Provide holistic mental healthcare to our patients, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management. • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to our patient's needs and follow the best practices and clinical guidelines. • Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records following legal and ethical standards. • Help shape our treatment philosophy and contribute to developing clinical policies and procedures. • Participate in quality assurance activities, including clinical audits, peer review, and outcome monitoring.
• Therapists licensed in the following States: AZ, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, NE, ME, TN, WI, CO, DE, ID, NH, WV • Therapists who value flexibility and autonomy—we only require a minimum of 6–10 hours of availability per week (ideally between 8 pm-3 pm on weekdays, but it’s not a core requirement) • Therapists looking for an easy, all-in-one technology platform for telehealth. • Therapists who want to focus 100% on clinical work – not on acquiring clients, billing, support, or operations. (We handle all of that!) • Therapists who are obsessed with privacy and confidentiality and want to serve patients without compromising compliance
• Flexible schedule: We only ask for a minimum of 6–10 hours of availability per week, and you’re always in control of your schedule and appointment times. • Location: We are fully remote – you can work anywhere in the US • License reimbursement: We pay for your license in states where we face a high demand • Minimum bureaucracy: We handle operations and ongoing client support • Community: All of our clinicians are part of a community Slack channel where you can get peer support • Visibility: We regularly work with leading mental health online publications (Forbes, Ver Well Mind, etc.) to feature articles or case studies written by our team members
