• We're looking for a Sales Leader to help grow our Enterprise sales team. • Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for working with your team of Account Executives, providing feedback, coaching and training to ensure quota attainment and overall account development. • We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and thoughtful sales leader who is laser-focused on recruiting and developing a team that is responsible for capturing net-new business within your assigned territory.
• You have 5+ years of software sales leadership experience. • You have expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets. • You have consistent achievement of sales goals with high seller participation. • You are a talent magnet! • You have the curiosity to learn technical concepts and articulate them in a way that highlights business value to senior or executive stakeholders.
