Description
• Work with our customers and creators to manage content campaigns from start to finish. • Act independently to contact cold and prequalified brands to sponsor our clients. • Make phone calls and send emails at a rate necessary to meet or exceed sales targets. • Respond to inbound emails in a timely fashion & negotiate business deals for creators (with support). • Manage your own roster of talented content creators, ensuring that they have financial success with our agency. • Help our clients fully utilize Metafy’s product suite.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders. Relationship management is your secret weapon and strong emotional intelligence is your ultimate ‘trap card’. • Exceptional customer focus • Knowledge of the content creator ecosystem within gaming (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) There are many moving parts and you need to see how they fit together. While not necessary, first-hand content creation experience is a plus. • The ability to handle rejection when doing cold outreach to customers. • The ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment • Sales experience is a plus.
