• SEO and Paid Media Management: Optimize and adjust SEO strategies and manage paid media campaigns, including Google PPC and social media advertising. • Marketing Automation and CRM: Utilize tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to manage marketing automation, customer relationships, and lead management. • Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and execution of email campaigns, web content, and social media strategies to enhance user engagement and drive web traffic to capture new leads. • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and monitor key metrics such as ROI, digital KPIs, and campaign analytics to guide marketing strategies. • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to online user experiences to boost engagement metrics and conversion rates. • Collaboration and Vendor Management: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns • Strong project management skills, with a data-driven approach • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Adaptability, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset • Time management and attention to detail are essential
