Description
• Lead and execute design processes from concept to implementation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences • Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes • Develop innovative high-fidelity designs • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions • Foster a collaborative design process • Influence decision-making and align on project goals • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design or related field • 6+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer with a strong portfolio • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies • Experience in agile development environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field • 6+ years of proven experience as a UX/Product Designer • Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies • Experience working in an agile development environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills
