🔄 Hybrid – Bay Area
• Work closely with Sales, Finance and Legal leadership to ensure all bottom-of-the-funnel processes are efficient, well documented, and comply with MinIO business needs • Contribute to the implementation of SalesForce Configure Price Quote (“SFDC CPQ”) and Sage Contracts modules to ensure accurate tracking, invoicing, and revenue recognition for MinIO customer contracts • Assist with the administration of variable sales compensation • Consult MinIO Sales Professionals on the best ways to structure the financial component of large, complex deals • Develop data-driven methodologies and own analytics to identify friction points in MinIO customer negotiations; propose solutions to remove friction • Manage tracking and reporting of custom contract terms in a scalable way
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business or related field • Proven experience in a Revenue Operations role, preferably in a start up environment • Proven experience working cross departmentally, particularly Finance, Sales and Legal • Always running towards, not away, from problems • Highly analytical with a strong focus on data-driven results, thinker who can identify critical needs, various ways of solving challenges, and corresponding trade-offs • Incredible communicator who is able to lead through satisfying complex internal and external requirements through creative problem solving and personal relationship building • Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail
