Requirements
• full-stack engineer (ideally) focused on growth • Understands the big picture and right questions to ask, expertly weighs business outcomes against technical requirements, excels as a thought partner to the growth team • Able to drive velocity by finding the lightest, quickest path to validating high impact experiments • Upholds exemplary coding and test practices across the team; acts as a steward for the growth systems architecture and code base; values documentation
