Description
• Joining Miro's IT team as an IT Administrator, you'll manage and optimize our internal IT infrastructure. • Your key responsibilities include overseeing office equipment and maintaining our suite of internal services. • You'll play a crucial role in empowering employees through account access management and providing guidance on internal procedures. • You'll also contribute to service development processes and support internal events.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of IT experience as a systems administrator or IT specialist in a 500+ employee organization • Proficient with both Mac and Windows operating systems, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Skilled in giving and receiving actionable feedback, fostering a collaborative work environment • Excellent communication skills, with experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams • Basic knowledge of network equipment and routing principles (LAN, VPN) • A proactive approach to technology, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the IT field
