Description

• Execute and deliver against the MoCaFi Portal product strategy • Own and manage the MoCaFi Portal product roadmaps by developing long-term product vision. • Define product requirements, create detailed product specifications, and communicate requirements to the development team • Prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization • Effectively communicate product vision and strategy. • Lead sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospective activities for the MoCaFi Portal product • Own the Portal’s solutions end-to-end, including selling, onboarding, and post-boarding activities • Contribute to the development of product strategy by conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges • Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization for clients • Lead sales and operations training on the MoCaFi Portal • Develop a Go-to-Market plan and collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to align GTM strategy • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful product development and launch • Partner with operations to develop process maps/flows • Research and maintain a working knowledge of competitor products and trends • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end product solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/any related field or at least six years of relevant professional experience • 4+ years of experience in product management, product design, product development, and managing the rollout of products in payments or consumer lending (e.g., payment processing, acquiring, issuing, payment technology provider, etc.) • 2+ years as a Product Manager; excel at using Agile methodology-based development management software • Skilled in supporting QA initiatives • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
