• Own Strategy & Operations for omnichannel business lines: analyze operational/financial data, strategize risks and opportunities • Unlock meaningful growth in pharmacy business through collaboration • Drive labor management and forecasting for virtual care business • Lead operational champion for complex omnichannel workflows • Quarterback cross-functional launches of new product lines
• 3+ years of experience in high performance cultures, whether in consulting, tech, investment banking/private equity, or related • Thrive in ambiguity, excel in creating structure out of nothing • Highly analytical and comfortable with complex modeling in Excel • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and leading initiatives • Comfortable at both high-level strategy and detailed workflow analysis • Relentless executor focused on getting 1% better every day • Excellent communicator tailored to all audience levels • Empathetic with a strong sense of self-awareness • Based in San Francisco or Los Angeles, or willing to relocate
