Description

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for the consumer financing business line. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. • Lead the product development process from ideation through launch and iteration. • Advocate for a user-centered approach to product development through user research and feedback. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches. • Create comprehensive documentation of end-to-end business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • 3-6 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a technology-driven organization or management consulting • Experience in digital product development and management. • Depth of experience leading major product or growth initiatives across multiple products, platforms, and feature clusters. • Experience collaborating closely with business, operation, product, data, and tech teams. • Proven ability to drive product roadmap and achieve business goals. • Experience in data analysis and proficiency in SQL is a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in product management tools. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Proficiency in creating comprehensive process documentation. • Passion for solving real people's problems at scale. • Data-minded approach, with the ability to understand product mechanics and measure long-term impact. • Ability to think big and small to build a portfolio of experiments and larger features. • Impeccable follow-through and attention to detail. • Strong listening skills and the ability to build consensus, drive decisions, and push the pace. • Competitive mindset with a drive for excellence and scaling impact. • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-ambiguity environment. • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
