Description

• Oversee all Coffee employees • Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members as well as with the store and other departments • Provide consistent quality beverages that satisfy our customers • Assist staff in building their expertise in coffee, teas and other merchandise so they may accurately answer customer questions and offer personal recommendations • Demonstrate ownership of the kiosk by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of interior and exterior

Requirements

• Must have previous coffee and supervisor/management experience • Ability to provide exceptional customer service • Must demonstrate professionalism and be detailed oriented • Able to work a flexible shift depending on business needs which may include some evening, weekends and holidays • Local candidates only • Must be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs • Standing: Up to 8 hours per day • Seating: Up to 1 hour per day • Walking: Up to 8 hours per day • Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day • Please be aware that you may be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE as mandated by Company Policy
