Description

• Understands all client policies and procedures and conducts all firm business within those guidelines • Researches and understands laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court rules and regulations • Prepares cases, attends court hearings, manages schedules, supports firm and clients, maintains cost standards, improves quality results, updates job knowledge • Accomplishes organization goals • Working conditions are normal for an office environment • Clear speech is needed to communicate on the telephone • All duties and responsibilities are essential functions and requirements

Requirements

• JD from an ABA school required • Admitted to the practice in the State of California • Must possess superior analytical skills and have strong written and oral communication skills • Knowledge of the litigation process from suit filing through and including judgment enforcement • Experience in commercial collection law is a plus • Must be a team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn is essential to this role • Must be located in California

Benefits

• FLSA Status: Exempt • Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 • Physical Requirements: Sedentary work with repetitive motion • Equal Opportunity Employer • Drug-free workplace
