Description

• Assist with performing database analytics and maintaining Digital Solution Portfolio • Perform analytics to identify where OCIO organizations could leverage Agency Roadmap Management (ARM) in digital transformation (DT) • Perform analytics to identify areas within the Digital Solutions Portfolio that are planned for collaboration • Perform analytics to identify where digital transformation may be ripe for a future OCIO (or Agency) Enterprise solution • Assist in developing a continuous improvement process for Digital Transformation’s Digital Solution Portfolio • Perform logistics and analytics for understanding NASA's digital transformation • Create a continuation of FDDMI survey • Assist in developing a continuous improvement process and annual cadence for Cross Agency Survey • Analyze and support measuring NASA's Transformation using OKRs and KPIs • Assist with developing DT’s performance management processes • Develop performance reports for DT front office and OCIO as required • Assist in developing HR metrics and evaluating progress towards NASA’s IT Strategic Plan • Develop and maintain performance management-related templates • Assist with evolving DT’s performance management

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience • 3-5 years of performance management spanning business/mission (outcomes/impacts), tactical (project planning/execution), and operational (service/product delivery) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and/or Balanced Scorecard, and ideally both practices • Experience using tools to visualize performance • Experience in creating and maintaining Integrated master schedules and applying earned value management techniques (desired, not required) • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lync, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box. • Strategy Management (desired, not required) • ITIL Certification (desired, not required) • Microsoft SharePoint (desired, not required) • Microsoft Project (desired, not required)
