Description

• Provide guidance on OCIO Program and Project Management policies and procedures • Assist with strategic and operational plans to ensure integration and alignment • Align portfolio approach and mitigate risks scheduling • Coordinate with stakeholders ensuring they are informed of progress, deviations, and risks • Track project plans, prioritize resources, and advise on maintaining project fidelity • Gather IT requirements and provide updates for Agency Offices, Service Lines, and Projects • Synthesize data using custom tools in the Enterprise Program/Project Management Tool • Interface with Senior Government IT Executives using appropriate communication • Back up IDAS team members as required • Manage large, complex IT projects, directing and integrating operations • Coordinate efforts of direct reports to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget • Identify and manage project dependencies, constraints, and risks • Support project managers through project lifecycle documentation • Create executive level presentations representing the portfolio of projects • Provide weekly status updates for management review • Create and track risks for portfolio and projects • Document requirements to feed enterprise solution tools • Analyze portfolio against IDAS Service Line Plan Goals and Objectives

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience • 3-5 years of business/mission (outcomes/impacts), strategic/tactical (project planning) and operational (implementation/service/product delivery) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience with Risk Management and best practices • Experience using tools for requirements gathering and implementation • Experience in creating and maintaining Integrated master schedules and applying earned value management techniques (desired, not required) • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lync, Teams, OneNote, One Drive), SharePoint, and Box. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint • Strategy Management • ITIL Certification (desired, not required) • Microsoft SharePoint (desired, not required) • Microsoft Project (desired, not required)
