Description

• Movement Strategy is seeking an Associate Design Director to lead a team of creatives • Work closely with the Head of Creative to exceed client goals through design • Oversee tactical design executions and manage a team of eager designers • Inspire and mentor creatives and manage a large quantity of content

Requirements

• 7-8 years of relevant experience (ideally in an agency setting) with at least 2 years management experience. • Strong design thinking skills applicable to digital, social and video content. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Cloud-based design tools such as Adobe Express, Figma or Canva. • Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a plus. • Strong knowledge of emerging social platforms and trends. • Knowledge of the full creative process including video content creation. • Ability to oversee work from idea to execution and distribution. • Proficiency with problem solving and project management leadership skills. • Passion for home interior is a major plus.
