• As a Creative Content Director, you’ll lead the creative direction for an exciting new client, a creative technology giant with a 3+ year relationship. • We're seeking a Creative Content Director with expertise in developing short-form video content based on trends. • The ideal candidate is a social-first Creative Content Director deeply obsessed with culture and storytelling. • You should be passionate about and experienced with innovative digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. • Not afraid to pick up a camera and make something, in this role, you'll focus on creating and leading brand content that engages in real-time cultural dialogue. • Our clients rely on us to distinguish them on both traditional and cutting-edge platforms, propelling you to craft the marketing techniques of the future. • As the Creative Content Director, you'll develop, execute, and oversee disruptive social-first content with an emphasis on short-form video and design-forward storytelling! • You'll collaborate with the Social Media Director to create powerful strategies that resonate with target audiences. • You'll also work closely with the account management team to understand client goals and ensure content aligns with their needs. • Leadership, mentorship, and a background in copywriting or production are highly valued.
• Able to be onsite at client’s office in San Francisco for approximately 3 days per week • 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. • Deep experience with the Adobe suite of editing, design and content-creation tools • Experience developing both reactive / trend-driven, as well as planned content • Experience creating content for TikTok, Reels and/or YouTube Shorts. • Passion for and experience with short form video and other social storytelling formats. • Strong leadership, project management, and client-facing skills. • Proven success in developing, overseeing, and executing social-first content strategies. • Experience managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of content creators. • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior leadership. • Ability to adapt priorities, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment. • Connected to culture, knowledgeable about content creators’ social habits, and enthusiastic about the industry. • Expertise in creating content and campaigns considering algorithms across multiple social media platforms. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
