Description

• Strategic Leadership: Partner closely with the CEO to define and execute a cutting-edge CRO strategy, with a focus on research, funnel analysis, competitor insights, and continuous experimentation. • Experimentation & Optimization: Own the end-to-end experimentation process, from ideation to execution, ensuring every test aligns with our business goals and delivers measurable performance improvements. • Funnel Hacking & Innovation: Develop and implement scrappy, out-of-the-box funnel strategies that drive conversions and revenue. No idea is too wild, and no design is too unconventional to test. • Direct-Response Mindset: Think like a direct-response advertiser, focusing on creating funnels that convert. Whether you're refining a landing page or testing a new offer, every strategy should be aimed at driving immediate and measurable results. • UX & CRO Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of both UX and CRO/data to get into the customer’s mind, crafting experiences that compel them to purchase and continually optimizing for better performance. • Scrappy & Agile Approach: Even if you’ve worked at a large, heavily branded company with slow-moving parts, this role requires a scrappy, hacky mindset. We want someone who can move fast, take big swings, and push the boundaries of what's possible. • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a talented team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-level execution of all CRO initiatives. • Performance Focus: Analyze and optimize all aspects of the customer journey, from landing pages to checkout, with an unwavering focus on key metrics like conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value. • Ownership Mentality: Take full ownership of eCommerce performance, driving strategic initiatives that result in substantial business impact and growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in eCommerce with a strong background in CRO, particularly within a high-growth DTC environment or a leading CRO agency. • A track record of successfully leading and executing high-impact CRO strategies that deliver measurable results. • Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and customer experience. • Expertise in A/B testing, user testing, and other optimization methodologies. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team to success. • A data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics. • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where big swings are encouraged, and scrappy, agile methods are valued.
