Description
• As the Director of Landing Page & Funnel Optimization, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and continuously improving our eCommerce funnels. • You’ll lead efforts to create high-converting landing pages, using your deep understanding of customer psychology, strong persuasive copywriting skills, and expertise in UX design. • Working closely with our CEO, Director of Growth, designer, and developer, you’ll have the autonomy to drive our CRO strategy and ensure that every touchpoint in our funnel is optimized for maximum conversion.
Requirements
• Proven experience in DTC direct-response eCommerce, with a strong track record in landing page funnel building and optimization. • Expert-level skills in persuasive copywriting and UX design, with the ability to create compelling, conversion-focused content. • Deep understanding of customer psychology and how to leverage it to drive conversions. • Experience leading teams or working closely with designers and developers to bring ideas to life. • A data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and constantly improving performance. • Creative, innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
