• You are an experienced marketing executive with a proven track record of driving high-impact strategic initiatives. • In this role, you will leverage your expertise in big-picture thinking and tactical execution. • As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will spearhead transformative growth across several key areas. • Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a strategic marketing plan designed to accelerate growth and enhance our market position. • You will identify essential metrics, implement measurement systems, and ensure that we focus on what matters most for our success. • Continuously refine how we present our brand to the market, enhancing visibility and resonance. • Focus will include advancing digital marketing, event management, strategic alliances, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience across various marketing disciplines, including branding, digital marketing, content creation, event management, strategic alliances, and business development. • Previous experience at a VAR or technology integrator, ideally in a marketing or sales role, with a solid understanding of the industry. • Prior leadership experience with responsibility for strategic direction, budget ownership, and team management. • Track record of mentoring and growing a team to meet business needs. • Strong ability to present to senior leadership and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Comprehensive understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, including marketplace trends, competitive analysis, and key performance indicators. • Experience in driving performance through metrics and KPIs, with a proven ability to optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights. • Exceptional project management skills, with a history of securing stakeholder buy-in and delivering projects on time and within budget.
