Description
• Collaborate with business units to refine and improve existing processes. • Provide ongoing support for in-house developed software, ensuring optimal performance. • Conduct requirements gathering to inform system design and implementation. • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
Requirements
• Proven experience in programming, particularly with .NET or MS-SQL. • Familiarity with programming concepts. • Experience with UiPath will be considered an advantage. • Exceptional communication skills are crucial, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Minimum of one year of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required (unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services). • Highly self-motivated and is a self-starter; works independently. • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong organization and time management skills; works efficiently. • Sets continuous improvement goals. • Ability to effectively prioritize and accurately execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. • Very strong customer service orientation. • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Works well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Minimum of three years of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required (unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services). • Minimum of five years of combined Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information systems experience required (unless skills are deemed appropriate by the CIO/VP of Technology Services).
