Description

• Provide legal support to the entire company with a focus on compliance and sales teams • Review, negotiate, and draft agreements on behalf of the company • Advise other departments on various legal issues • Manage storage and updating of company’s due diligence documentation • Assist and work with outside counsel as required

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution • Strong analytical, research, interpersonal and presentation skills • Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues • High degree of professionalism, especially with regard to demeanor, ethics, integrity and confidentiality • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization and across all departments • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision to deliver error-free work product under time pressure
