• We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our North America sales team. • This role will primarily be focused on the Design (primarily fashion and print) segment. • Prospect into medium-sized and enterprise brands and retailers. • Expand relationship reach and depth into existing and new accounts. • Own the sales process from creating and qualifying leads to executing agreements. • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns and Sales Qualified Lead management. • Construct and execute sales presentations in person, virtually, at trade shows and customer events. • Must be willing to travel as required. • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI, for both new bookings and annual renewals. • Advance opportunities through a defined sales process, managing pipeline and continuously improving conversion rates and sales cycles. • Collaborate with internal resources, both international and domestic colleagues across functions, to expand deal size and value to the customer. • Provide price quotations, suggest products to meet customer requirements, and ensure orders are properly processed. • Acquire and grow industry and product knowledge; share insights with product, customer success, and other internal teams.
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. • 5+ years of direct B2B software sales experience. • Experience managing channels is a plus. • Prior experience in textile, apparel, home furnishings, or related industries is a plus. • Prior experience in CAD software is a plus. • Results-driven with demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent hunting and negotiation skills, comfortable communicating effectively with C-suite and employees at all levels. • Experience in working with and influencing other people through exceptional management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills in English (Spanish is a plus.) • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision. • Ability to report on deals and pipe and to forecast effectively. • Working knowledge of HubSpot a plus.
