• Lead bioinformatic research efforts from multi-omic clinical trial data • Contribute to the development of bioinformatic models of clinical NGS data • Customize tools and design novel methodologies for NGS data processing and analytics. • Define workflows and data architecture solutions • Work with team members to build code repository using bioinformatic best practices. • Collaborate and support cross-functional projects • Document methodology and analytical findings • Communicate findings in presentations and reports
• Background in NGS workflows and multi-omic data analysis. • Expertise in computational tools, programming, and development of pipelines. • Proficiency with programming language, Python and R. • Familiarity with cloud computing and HPC environment. • Understanding of statistics and applications to biomedical science. • Hands-on experience with analysis and interpretation of single cell data. • Experience in the field of Immuno-oncology.
